Origin & Development
Memory Re-Solution® was originally developed by Dr Susi Strang Wood and Craig Wood as a structured approach to experiential resolution.
The work focused on allowing unresolved experience to reorganise without reactivation, emotional processing, or repeated intervention.
Transfer of ownership
Full title, rights, and ownership of the Memory Re-Solution® intellectual property were subsequently transferred to Paul McGowran.
Memory Re-Solution® is now stewarded within the CongruentMind™ framework, where its core principles are integrated structurally rather than delivered as a standalone therapeutic method.
Use within CongruentMind
Within CongruentMind, Memory Re-Solution® is not positioned as:
- a technique to apply
- a protocol to follow
- or a branded intervention to deliver
Instead, its central insight — that experience resolves when its organising logic no longer holds — informs how CongruentMind approaches:
- misalignment
